Saul brings over 30 years of commercial business expertise, including two decades at a leading international, blue-chip, NYSE-listed company. As the father of an adult son with autism and severe learning difficulties, Saul has a deeply personal connection to the neurodivergent community. His extensive contributions include supporting autism-focused charities, serving as a governor at a specialist school for neurodivergent students, and advocating for equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Driven by his commitment to unlocking the potential within the neurodivergent community, Saul is dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful professional success. His work focuses on equipping neurodivergent individuals with the tools to become economically active, valued members of the workforce.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Saul is an avid runner with a keen interest in art and science fiction. He is also an enthusiastic reader and podcast listener, with a particular passion for the works of Stephen King.
